Gil Blander, PhD
Gil Blander, PhD, is Tolion Health’s Chief Operating Officer, based in Framingham, Massachusetts, and represents the company in its clinical-research collaborations. He founded InsideTracker in 2009 and served as its President and Chief Scientific Officer, building one of the first platforms to turn blood biomarkers, genetics and wearable data into personalised, science-based guidance for healthspan and performance. Dr. Blander holds a PhD in biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science and completed postdoctoral research on the biology of aging at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is recognised for his research on the basic biology of aging and for translating it into new ways of detecting and preventing age-related conditions, and is a frequent speaker on precision, data-driven preventive health.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) and a Doctor of Laws (JUDr.) degree from Charles University. She has also successfully completed the Czech notarial professional examinations.
At Tolion Health, Alexandra serves as Chief of Staff, supporting strategic and operational priorities across the organization and helping coordinate collaboration between leadership, legal, business, and external stakeholders. She brings a particular interest in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and the ways emerging technologies can improve healthcare and human well-being.

Josef Šivic, PhD
Dr. Šivic earned his PhD from the University of Oxford in 2006, completed a postdoctoral fellowship at MIT CSAIL, and spent more than a decade at Inria Paris, where he became Directeur de Recherche. His distinctions include an ERC Advanced Grant, the 2023 Czech AI Award, and the 2025 Ordre des Palmes Académiques, recognizing his contributions to education and scientific collaboration with France. At Tolion, he has already helped shape the next generation of Tolion Brain Coach, the company’s AI-driven mobile app for brain health, longevity, and Alzheimer’s and dementia prevention, while advancing Tolion’s engineering toward an AI-first software platform.

Mgr. Anna Marie Gabrhelová, PhD
Dr. Anna Marie Gabrhelová is a cognitive psychologist and customer researcher, holding a psychology degree from Masaryk University in Brno and a Ph.D. from Trinity College in Dublin. Her doctoral research investigated the application of smartphone-based assessments to examine the relationship between dementia risk factors and cognitive impairment, underscoring her commitment to leveraging digital technologies for advancing large-scale brain health understanding and support.
Anna brings extensive experience from both academic and industry settings, having held customer experience research positions within software development (Kentico, ROI Hunter), healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors (MSD). Anna has established and scaled user research practices, provided mentorship to teams, and contributed to the scientific community through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations. Operating at the nexus of psychology, research, and product development, she integrates qualitative research with data analysis to drive evidence-based decision-making and consistently champions customer perspectives across multidisciplinary teams.

Ing. Tereza Kulhánková
Tereza Kulhánková is an experienced marketing and business strategist. Her background spans global technology, startups, and the nonprofit sector, with expertise in brand building, strategic communications, partnership development, and bringing new products and services to market.
As Marketing Manager at IBM, she developed her expertise in brand communication and marketing strategy. Driven by a passion for social impact, she went on to found and lead a nonprofit organization supporting elderly and disabled individuals. During this time, she collaborated with the National Institute of Mental Health on the development of cognitive games for Alzheimer’s patients.
As Marketing and Sales Director at a cybersecurity startup, Tereza played a key role in launching the business and shaping its go-to-market and growth strategies. Her approach combines a deep understanding of people’s needs with data-driven marketing and business development.
Today, as Head of Marketing & Corporate Communications at Tolion Health AI, she brings together her experience in technology, business, and social impact to shape the company’s brand positioning, lead its marketing and corporate communications, and strengthen its presence on the international stage.
Ing. Jaroslav Lískovec

Ing. Jaroslav Lískovec
Jaroslav Lískovec brings 15+ years of leadership experience. His background is primarily entrepreneurship in the technology sector. He has also implemented strategic projects for the government of the Czech Republic such as the creation of the largest strategic industrial zone Triangle, the establishment of a new state-owned enterprise NAKIT focused on technologies for eGovernment and critical communication infrastructure of the state.
He also created the National Centre for Industry 4.0 and was an advisor to the Minister of Industry and Trade on technology, innovation and economic strategy. In the area of startups, he is responsible for the commercialisation and technology transfer of research at CTU – the oldest technical university in Europe – and is co-founder of CTU’s first employee spin-off TRIX Connections.
